Online MIP Troubleshooting

Before you can register for a MIP with us, you need a Zoom account and to confirm your email with Zoom.

You can sign up for Zoom at:

Zoom.us/Signup

You may also need to confirm your email with Zoom. When you first sign up for an account with Zoom, you will be sent an email with a clickable link. Clicking on that link lets Zoom know that the email you used to sign up is active and you have access to it.

Once this is complete you will be able to complete your registration for the MIP.

Joining and Participating in Zoom Webinars

  1. Open the Zoom App and log in using the email and the password you chose when you signed up for Zoom
  2. On the main menu, click the option to “Join” or “Join Meeting”
  3. It will ask you for the Meeting ID, which is a string of eight numbers (e.g. 012 3456 7890) that is included in your confirmation email. Then click “Join”
  4. It will then ask you for the Passcode, which is a string of six numbers (e.g. 012345) that is included in your confirmation email, just under the meeting ID. Then Click “Join Meeting”

This will connect your to the presentation.
